(When I saw the title of this thread the fist thing I did was tell my co-worker who has big poster of "The Dude" in his cubicle. I was forced to watch it when I was promoted into this department. John Goodman's character frustrates me so much that I don't enjoy watching the movie. I just want to reach into the TV, grab him by the neck and yell "wtf are you thinking!"....lol)

I think we were at Seastar when Gerry offered to give Mrs. Peel and I a scooter ride home in two trips.

It was one of those kindly made Jamaican promises that usually dissipate from benign neglect.

Fortunately we didn't address the offer and before we knew it Gerry had vanished in the night
