    Lionfish Cookbook for Clarity

Hi Clarity! I saw this article on Mother Nature Network and thought of you (or anyone else in Negril that might want to take a stab at preparing some of these recipes)! Click on the link (or cut and paste) to see the cookbook:

Can't wait to help out everyone who wants to eat LIONFISH. Just checked out my pole spear for next reach and all is in working order. Due to the urgency of the matter I will be mixing buisness (getting rid of these suckers) with pleasure (snorkeling). Spearin and Searin from the Lighthouse to Canoe Bar! Dan

At least crows live where they're supposed to. Even when they roost in our yard in the winter and lit looks like Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds."

A colleague who takes drive trips for vacation tells me that the latest thing is to feed lion fish to the groupers to train them that they're good eating. He said that it's now not unusual for a 60 lb grouper to bump against you like a dog nuzzling for a treat. His funniest image was of a lobster eating one. Go Groupers!
We're all in this together and none of us is getting out alive.

I like crows/ravens too. When I was a kid, a Native American woman who lived near us told me that the crow was my animal "totem," so since then, I've been very interested in them. Definitely looking forward to trying the lionfish.
