Go to Hostels.com. Looks like Footprints on the sand, Negril Yoga Center, Errols Cafe and a few others have some availability. Good luck, that weekend does book up fast.

Catchafallingstar gardens has a $49 special ..did yu ck with them?
Check out Yellow Bird you can rent a cottage and there are two seperate bedrooms. Great place to stay and the staff are wonderful
Dont forget the West End - Mirage, Catcha Falling Star Gardens, Seastar Inn just to name a few...
