The View of the Beach

There have been many pictures taken of Negril's famous Seven Mile Beach, some of the earliest from the 1950's during the filming of Disney's 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea featuring Kirk Douglas. While a lot of changes have taken place over the years, when viewed from a distance, like from Mary's Bay, little change can be seen. Even after 60 some years, there are no high rise hotels or expansive resorts that alter the view suubstantially after all this time. The smaller boutique style hotels and resorts still have a major foothold in Negril!
