Haven't ever seen summer rates prior to April 15th. Some good deals out there right now though.
I was going to say the same. Earliest I've seen was 4/15
i've had discounted rates many times . . . summer and winter . . . negotiate . . . always better in person if possible . . . i'm always negotiating no matter what season . . .

Just a reminder or for those that are not aware....you have to have a hotel booked before you arrive in Jamaica. This is a requirement of immigration.

We had friends who thought the same thing...until a couple of days ago when they arrived here. They were asked to show a piece of paper that proved they had a hotel booked/confirmed here and ended up having to convince the officers that the email confirmation on their phone was legit...they did not have a paper copy to show them. Immigration wasn't happy at all but ended up letting them through...it caused a bit of grief & a long delay getting through immigration.Quote:
