We will be there in Feb. We booked a superior room through Orbitz. Anyone have any problem with their Orbitz reservation when they arrived? I read that Coco sometimes does not honor a specific room reservation from a booking agent like Orbitz. I'm worried we won't get the room we paid for.
Although we've never booked with Orbitz I don't think you'll have a problem. A "specific room reservation" in my mind means a room (ie "I'd like room 421") and they only do that if you book directly with them. If you booked a superior room, that's what you'll get.Quote:

Recently a friend stayed there, they put her in one of the new rooms which was a hotel room with inside hallway and no patio or balcony, which she didn't care for (it was nice and brand new, but she wanted outdoor access). I would suggest what Lola stated as well as call Coco's reservation desk and re-confirm your booking thru Orbitz. I booked thru Orbitz in the past and also called the desk to confirm. No problem when we got down there. But as far as asking for a specific room, I 've learned that hotels/resorts won't commit to a specific room, but they''ll try.
