Thunder had just returned form the Blue Mountains and was roasting these beans when I went to see him. His large drum is finished so he has (for now) to roast in small batches over the fire. He also has cocoa beans but I forgot to ask the price for those. His coffee is great and he charges $20US/lb for them. He is located in the pink house behind Miss Sonia's on the beach road.

oh man I LOVE Thunder's coffee, it is the best I have ever tasted in my life! Can't wait to get some more when I come down in August. He and Barbara are truly good people too. :)
I thought raw coffee beans were red like berries. Maybe there is a red skin that is removed.
