I've read here that many of you love lionfish - we're wondering where (in Negril) is the best place to try it? Is it best served as fish & chips or cooked some other way?

I had it as fish and chips last night at Canoe and it was delicious!
I agree with Walleye and WISH I'd had it last night. Soon come... Canoe does a great lion fish and chips and you get their excellent cole slaw as well.

Westender does up some awesome fried lionfish as well.
