I had it as fish and chips last night at Canoe and it was delicious!

I agree with Walleye and WISH I'd had it last night. Soon come... Canoe does a great lion fish and chips and you get their excellent cole slaw as well.
Westender does up some awesome fried lionfish as well.

Had it escovitched last March at Westender. Very good, but not as good as snapper. Good way to try to control that invasive species.
