Sunset on the Cliffs. It's a beautiful place. If I won a BIG lottery, I would consider one of the abandoned places on either side and fix them up. They're serious "fixer uppers". Maybe have it be a Boardies place. I would have to since I plan to take a whole bunch of staff from other resorts to work and run the place and the boardies would be mad a me, so I'd need to have a good deal for them to come to see their fave bartenders, etc. Maybe get both of them - one for Boardies and the other for all the resort staff to hang at and let loose. That would mean an uber lottery win!
Guests would get a great deal (I just won an uber lottery - this is for fun and frolic! Money is not an issue!!!) but would have to put in some time at St. Anthony's or somewhere to give back to the community! Free accommodation, drinks and food the day you volunteer!
And I would have a rock-solid contract with the dolphins to show up DAILY!
And an Island Grill franchise on site.

Some have lost their life savings! Whether it was buying and building a home or buying and running a business or leasing either or, the Rock can be a harsh lesson in chasing your dreams....

Let me daydream guys. I would buy Idle Awhile but just for friends and a few special boardies! On the house!!! Hey I just won the Lottery after all. I would try to steal Some of Gail's staff. Have a private minibus with bar on call. Invite visiting chefs from the best Jamaican restaurants who would prepare fresh fish caught by my private fisherman. The only rule would be no Toronto Maple Leaf fans!!!
