Good question, Living.
Mannish water is usually made for special events...I'm sure someone must make and sell it around town. I would ask the smaller cookshops...especially ones that regularly offer goat as a menu item.
Blue Draws/drawers (others names according to Google include Duckanoo or Tie-a-leaf) again are usually made for special events. If you have friends here or maybe ask a hotel worker that you've become friendly with, if they make them or know of someone that would.
Re: What's weird foods have you tried/liked?
Not weird but not widely served in the tourist areas:
Run Dung is the best. My dad makes it all the time but my favorite kind which he can only make while in Jamaica is Breadfruit Run Dung -- it's made with young breadfruit and salt fish.
Chocolate Tea --- basically hot chocolate but it is grated raw chocolate
Cornmeal Pudding -- with the slushie on top
I have yet to try blue drawers but it is on my list of have to try.

The little cook shop out front of Whistling Bird had Mannish Water last week. Not everyday, but it was there a couple times. Good and cheap!!!!
Re: What's weird foods have you tried/liked?
Jack fruit, Star Apple, and lion fish. Love them all, these 2 fruits are really messy to eat but well worth it.

What is the "slushie on top" of the cornmeal pudding?

You drizzle some condensed milk on the pudding just before it finishes baking and it creates a soft top. I have no idea if this is a Jamaican thing or if it's just the way the recipe was passed down in our family.

I had Chef Teddy's goat's head soup (which I believe is mannish water) when Teddy's Hideaway was at the cliff hotel that shall not be named. I was really enjoying it until parts of the anatomy began to reveal themselves and my wife started to lose it...

I love guinip. Funny - some Jamaicans told me they are not a big fan of it because it gets stuck in their teeth.
