Which Negril hotel would you buy if you won the lottery?

wouldn't buy a hotel.....no way....but I would stay at one permanently.....lol

Depends on how much cash. I wouldn't buy a hotel/resort property. Would build a small house out somewhere east of Negril out near little london. When talking to Fadda Jim it seems like transportation for kids to school is costly for families. I'd invest in school buses and pay drivers to take kids to and from school and pay for school upgrades. Small business loans to bring down the unemployment.

I guess it would all depend on how much I won. If it were only a couple of mil. I would consider investing in a hotel. I hear BBC can be had for 1 mil. If I won 10's or 100's of mil...forget that.....no work for me!

I'd buy T-water and make it the premier Resort on the Beach!

I would buy the now closed Moondance on the beach. Absolutely stunning villas. But I would keep it private, just me and my friends and family.

Moondance is closed???? Was by there in April and there were people there!! Always wanted to buy the 5 bedroom in front....

Rabble???? Seriously you come to people's country and then define "rabble?" This is why I loved the bar at For REal, the "rabble" was welcome and there was NEVER a problem, not one.... ask Maureen and Robert mentioned here in an earlier thread.

I would buy the vacant Negril Palm Beach lot and build something amazing. May not be a hotel, just my residence with a detached guest house.

I heard several of you say it would depend on how much you won....trust, no matter how much it is Jamaica will find a way of eating it all up.

For a great laugh read Herman Wouk's novel "Don't stop the Carnival", a tale about a
New Yorker who takes over a hotel on a fictitious Caribbean island. Said to be based on
his real life experience running a hotel on St. Croix the 1960's. A lot of the episodes do so remind
me of Jamaica.
