Thanks for posting Bently's menu.I can see why some people where shocked when they received their bill.At least with the prices posted there leaves no question.

You have some really lovely pictures in this trip report!

bentley's prices are outrageous!!! why is it so high? what's so special about his food? the lane is not particularly inviting . . .

I told him this, too, and no one is a bigger fan than me .... I guess in Negril, everything is negotiable ......

Bentley's is about more than just the food, it's a total experience! And the report is great, Thank You!

Bentley has his fans but with that pricing I can eat like three meals at other reputable places.What makes the experience make -up for the pricing ? What am I missing ?

Yes, I would like to try Bentley's sometime, but it won't happen for me at those prices. Nothing against him personally, he can charge what he thinks is appropriate, but I'm on a budget that dictates I cannot pay that much for a meal.

He gave you the recipe..... Will you share?

Now I know why Bentley is always laughing in the video's

No splitting meals Yetta!! Strictly against policy! :) By Negril standards he is pricey. By Guirigay standards he is priceless :) Bentley will ALWAYS doggie bag your leftovers and it will probably be another meal...

I could make 3 meals out of one of his meals, might be pricey sure, but we find the entire experience worth the cost of admission
