Yes, it is safe to walk down the beach from your hotel and back for dinner; we do it all the time! :)

The first picture is called Aunties Corner, like you said, stones throw from Treehouse. John-John cooks up fresh lobster, conch soup, jerk etc. His grandmother makes the patties.

I second Sheritas! Also Step Aside for some excellent jerk chicken.

We've had some really good meals at Shereta's. Super breakfasts and a few good dinners. It has a really bad review on TA right now that complains about the slow service but really? We're talking Jamaica.
