The Crowd was Starting

The 2016 Negril Rotary Donkey Races were another winner for all those who came to the Wavez property! The crowd built early as the picture above shows by the race track around 1pm and peaked hours later with record setting numbers of visitors attending this worthy cause! As seems to be the trend, the sunny sky led to a beautifully warm day for this annual event held on the nearest Sunday to Valentine's Day each February. In addition to the colorful and crazy donkey races, there were great food vendors, ice cold drinks, a bounce-about, ferris wheel and even a mechanical bull for the kids!
