I'm not sure I heard anyone call it anything other than "The Island", but I just looked on the map and it looks like it's called "Booby Cay"

Yep and when the Hedo boat unloads its really Booby Cay!

The Hedo boat no longer goes to Booby Cay, but you can kayak to there. (Not sure if you are supposed to or not)
