Moonrise Villas.........anyone with comments/recommendation?

Moonrise Villas. Made a last minute booking there for ATI in August. The rooms are comparable to Hidden Paradise and Coral Sea Gardens. Basic and clean. There is no restaurant, there may be a pool in the back, and daily room service is good. August was hawt, hawt, hawt and the AC barely kept up, but that may be less of a concern during 'winter'. The grounds are minimal, except for the front lawn so the building tends to bake in the heat. If you go through the main office the rooms ~$85/night, but you can get the same room for ~$65/night. That is for a room with two double beds, bath, and separate small kitchen with full size refrigerator and gas stove. If you are looking for a basic room with kitchen in a good location, then the price is hard to beat. PM me if you want contact info for the cheaper room rate.
