Do you mean paddleboarding at night with glow sticks. Great Idea I'm looking into it.

Found a place in California that manufactures the glow light set up for paddle boards and kayaks, NOCQUA 2000. Looks like it can be easily attached. They make them in just white or one that changes colors every 5 seconds and also a strobe effect. Fully charged it will last 2-3 hours.
