Kaiser's....any updates/news?

Haven't seen any recent posts about Kaiser's.
Such a great location on the West End, yet seems totally vacant except for watchmen.
Has anyone heard anything about restoring the place to its glory days, or is it doomed to remain forever empty?

Kaiser's was the place to be back in the days. Asked several locals this past reach in May and the most common answer was the Owner is either doing time for drugs or money laundering.

Yeah, that's what I've heard too. That the man now is in prison but he owns the property so no one can do anything with it. Definitely sounds like that was a rocking place back in the day! I always thought it looked like a really cool place and wondered why it was never doing business.

We stopped by a couple years ago and the guy watching over the property let us in for a tour. He said that rooms were available for $50 a night, but there was no pool and no restaurant. I wondered if there was even electricity.

go by it just about everyday and it is being watched over but no real activity on the property.......
and yes that was the place to be on Sunday nights for the concerts..........
