What date are Donkey Races?

I saw Feb 14 on this Board many months ago - but now I'm told Feb 8 is the date. Can someone please confirm?

The donkey races last February, 2015 were on the 8th.

The races run closest first Sunday to Valentine's Day....upcoming race will be Sunday, February 14th, 2016.

Thanks Lisa! We are so excited to be bringing a group to Negril that week - and I had already told them all about the races on the 14th and made a big deal about it! So glad I don't have to take it all back!
