I seem to recall that Red Dragon doesn't serve jerk pork on a particular day. Can anyone help me out - is that still accurate? I may have read it a long time ago! It's hard getting old! Along that same line - what time do they start serving pork? Not that I can ever follow a time in Negril, but you know, just in case! haha Thanks!

Pork usually comes out on days besides Sunday about 1230pm. Get there before 2ish or take a chance on missing it,especially in busy season. As far as I am concerned its the only reason to keep track of time in Negril. Great food and even better times!!!

Haha - perfect. There are very few things I need to keep track of time for in Negril. This WILL be one of them.

Love the Red Dragon and try to be there by noon everyday. Best jerk pork and coldest red stripes around. The atmosphere is great and the prices cant be beat either

Their Heinekens are frosty too (for those who don't like Red Stripe).

What is the road name heading up to red dragon ? Wanna find a small place to stay up in the area approx . Half way up the hill . Any reccomendations ?
