ATM on 12-27... Empty or full of Js?

Been to negril many holidays and have had an empty ATM at Scotia on arrival thru Boxing Day. Arriving 12-27 this year. To the regulars (or those that live there), think we will have issues with an empty ATM that day?
I know you can use US everywhere for a crummy rate, and we bring some US (so it's not like we will be penniless).....but we like the convenience of the ATM. I do not care to go daily looking for money if empty!
Advice appreciated! Think it will be filled?!?

some of the stores in Negril give an excellent rate on N American dollars......
the store across from Bourbon Beach(road side not beach side - with the Ice Cube Box out front)....
and the China Man store by SamSara...got like a concrete ramp that goes up to the door.....tuff to miss
it actually a better deal for mi to go to the China Mon store versus taking a taxi down to HiLo....
because of the route taxi fare down and back eats up any savings on the rate......
though sometimes mi need to go HiLo for food.....so then it's worth it to change mi money der
when mi need to change a couple hundred it makes it worth going to HiLo versus the China Mon Store....

am *pondering* logi$tic$ around Christmas, BoxingDay and that weekend.

that's where (in the past) i would take US-cash from time to time for exchange purposes, when I didn't want to walk to HiLo-checkout or HiLo Western Union counter.

and planning to use ATMs,
i DEFINITELY go-with a Plan-B:::::>>> *arrive* with enough foreign-cash
to-last until MONDAY noon.

and/or some travelers checks
( to exchange @ HiLo and/or ValueMaster )

i would *ass-sume* that the ATM's are gonna be empty, 'til Monday-afternoon.

What about the ATM's at the Scotiabank? Would they be filled? If not, anyone know if I can withdraw from my Scotia account here in the bank itself?

The ATMs are serviced frequently (if memory serves, even on the weekends). Scotia has 4 outside ATMs (and 1 inside?). WI Gal I'd say your chances are good on Friday 27th.

We have arrived on Boxing Day the past few years and last year was the first time that we found the ATMs full of money - the additional machines have been great and an added benefit was that we rarely stood in line to use them last year.

One question - Marko mentioned changing at chinamon by samsara. Can you actually exchange there, or just get change?
