I agree the horses are dangerous, but be careful about wanting to regulate them. I don't want to see anyone hurt by these vendors acting irresponsibly. But, isn't part of what makes the beach great the free market system that happens each and every day in Negril. Obviously there are people that enjoy the horses on the beach, otherwise these guys wouldn't be making enough money to continue this service on 7 mile beach! I personally steer clear of them, and don't fund their business. My way of hoping that the horses move to another place to do business. Just my 2 cents.....
