IF responsible people rode the horses up and down the beach looking for business away from the populated beach areas life would be good. I can totally see/witness the current criminal type of riding(in some cases) and it needs to stop. Heck I was almost taken out 4-5 years ago by someone at full gallop as I entered the beach. Just....ban the bad riders...not the horses and unicorns
