Given the "fluidity" of the beach and it's ever-changing width, along with the proximity of many restaurants to the water (try eating lunch when a horse has dropped its apples in front of the restaurant and the operator is slow to pick up after said horse while being yelled at in patois by surrounding vendors/restaurant owner which certainly slowed the response time further....the stench of dropped apples and sweaty, improperly fed/cared for horse does nothing to enhance lunch), I think the beach should be off limits for horses.....that being said, I wish I had gotten a picture of the operator in his thigh high blue socks sans shoes....aka Jamaican Riding Boots.......

And regarding ganja, I have never seen a smoked up beach walker defecate or run recklessly on the beach....not that it hasn't happened, but I haven't experienced it during lunch....yet.....lol....
