It's the VIBE Lounge. Just past where it used to be (just past the BobSled Cafe & the DQ) and up a flight of stairs. Real easy to miss if you don't know what to look for... It's all glassed in so you can see it from the seating area at Gate 13 if you look up (which is how I found it). As always, you need to buy a drink (unless you have Club MoBay) to go in.
