Not sure if they offer massages, but one of the closest mineral springs to Negril is the Blue Hole in Brighton. You might want to call ahead and ask about massages - they have a full service hotel there now, and can probably arrange whatever you want.

The Blue Hole, itself, is a pretty cool place for a day trip.
