Buying Tia Maria
My resort doesn't carry Tia Maria, so is the best place to get some at the airport before I leave for my resort?

Re: Buying Tia Maria
Your home airport duty free. I wouldn't count on it being offered at MBJ arrival duty free, it's very small.

Re: Buying Tia Maria
Is Tia Maria even produced on the Island any more?
I know the brand has been sold and perhaps the concentrate is still produced in Jamaica; but the finished product?
Please post if you know the definitive answer; but I'm not sure it's even a "product of Jamaica" any longer.

Re: Buying Tia Maria
The bottle I have says it is produced and bottled by Wray & Nephew in Kingston Jamaica. We bought this bottle there, though because the price is $508.60 Got to have been purchased there.
Hmmmm ... there is still some in the bottle. I'm feeling pretty thirsty right about now ......

Re: Buying Tia Maria
I tried looking for Tia Maria last Feb. when we we're down but couldn't find it. But I didn't look at a whole lot of place's. I was looking forward to mixing it with orange juice it taste's just like a tootsie roll....yum. A friend was telling me about it he had one in Mexico.
Cheers
