Planning a pretty large group for Negril in July

So I'm planning another trip to Negril, this time I'm not going alone though! So far I have 10-15 people interested in going late July, am I making a mistake by going at the end of July? I don't recall very many hurricanes but I just want to make it as stress free as possible for everyone.

I'm hoping to stay at Catcha Falling Star Gardens and have shot them an email about pricing/group rates.

Does anyone know the best month to book airfare for late July? I'm used to booking in the summer for October, just want to save people as much as possible.

I can't wait to get back to Jamaica and introduce my friends to everything Negril.

The high season is out of the question because that's when most of us work nonstop, and I would prefer not to do all inclusive because I feel like people won't get as much Jamaican experiences.
