Does anyone know about this resort or has anyone stayed at this resort? Thank you in advance for all replies

I stopped in to the bar in front of the hotel.I think the bar is owned by the Hill family and the hotel is owned by the Sella family that owns Sunbeach.I had some friends stay at Bungalo and liked it I don't know the prices.I was staying at the Grand Pineapple and it was just down the road towards the roundabout. It is not on the beach, but has a great location.I'll try to get in touch with my friends and get some info on it.

My friend sent this reponse:The Bungalow also goes by the name Sungarden Resort, standard Room only about $50 for room. rooms clean but basic, air con was very good Room with kitchen a little more, did not see a meal plan while we were there it seems like you have the pool to yourself , the reception staff very good if you want anything or Neil the boss's son will do all he can to help, food the usual haunts on the strip hope this Helps. My friend was there last year, so I think prices are still the same.

We stayed there long term getting home April of 2010 so it has been awhile. The place could definitely use a total renovation but even so the rooms and grounds are very acceptable. An excellent value for the morass side of the road. Neil was always very helpful to us as were all of the other people working the office and the housekeepers. The pool was nearly always empty. There was a restaurant/bar just getting started back around the pool when we left. No idea if it is still open.
Shooter1 said something about a bar in front. Unless they converted the office to a bar there is no bar up in front but rather to the rear by the pool. It is across the street from Bourbon Beach and on the town side of Time Square. Wi-fi was available though some of the rooms had spotty reception. Available on the porch out front. We met the owners and the last name does not match those from Shooter1. They also owned Sun Beach bar and restaurant and had just finished adding an interesting room above the restaurant there.
If I wanted a nice, relatively low cost place on the morass side I would pick them again. Their kitchen units are also very nice for long term stays. Many of the guests we met were repeat customers.
