Sunnyside is the cheapest on the beach, but every bar on the beach sells beer cheap, relatively speaking!
Most places are $250- $300 not going to find a bar anywhere in Canada selling it any where close to that.

Aside from the weather, I think the cheap booze is why so many Canadians go there.
We keep going back for the people and the vibe, the weather and cheap booze is a major plus! It's tough to be of Irish blood and live in Canada!
As listed above Sunnyside, cheapest BAR which is next door to Myrnas' variety sore on the beach, maybe 10 ja cheaper!
