On the beach, you'd be lucky to get what she wants for $70. Fun Holiday may be the cheapest right on the beach. I agree with checking Trivago daily. Also do a search for Mango Tree, just up a lane from Canoe, recently refurbished and GREAT prices. She may be able to get a room across from the beach at Hidden Paradise or Coral Seas Garden within her price range.

I would call and have credit card ready to pay you might find a deal. The Palms,Sunset On The Beach and Fun Holiday(where you might get good rate but have no room when you arrive).

Ansell's Thatchwalk Resort is in your sister's price range; I'm always hesitant to recommend Ansell's, because I want it all to myself! (sorry, Ansell) Nice simple cabins a few steps from the best part of 7-mile beach.
    Soon come!
