Seven gave good suggestions. Barrys Bold as love, Ansells, yellow bird. There's alot of hotel on the morass side that fit her price range as well.

That rate for those dates is pretty unrealistic. She might get close if she checks out Negril Yoga Centre. It's across the road but not bad for the price. I had to do it long ago when I was out of work on worker's comp & had no $$$. In 2001 I paid $50 a night so... not sure what she'll get for her budget in 2014.

I will be there when your sister is there. I am staying at the Negril Palms. I hear good things and not so good things. I just don't expect to much, so this way I will not be disappointed.
