Why not start the New Year off taking a deep breath and stretching out all of the old years stuff!! Join us for two very special sessions this Wednesday at Negril Treehouse-Yoga with Jessica at 9am and 11am. Regular hours are Tuesday through Saturday 9am. Classes are for beginners or those wanting a gentle stretch. Happy New Year!!
