    Playoff Games on the Beach

Does anyone know of places on the beach, other than Margaritaville, that will have the games on this weekend. If I have to go to Mville, I will, but would prefer a more local establishment.

I walked into the bar at the Treehouse during the first half of the Packer/Bears game last Sunday. When I arrived the Packers was down and when I left at the end of the first half they had taken the lead. Continued down the beach to Our Past Time and The Game was on their TV as well. When I arrived it was the third quarter and much to my dismay the Packers were once again behind. By the time my wife and I finished dinner, The Game was over and the Packers won!!. I felt like that guy in the Budweiser commercial. Everytime I showed up to watch, the Packers came from behind. Go Packers!!!

BTW, I don't blame you for not wanting to go to Marguerittaville!!

I have watched the games at Traveller's before. I think I remember watching the game at Bar B Barn as well. Its one of favorite bars on the south end of the beach.

It looks like the playoff games are on NBC or Fox - you should be able to see the game(s) on most places with a TV. We ended up at Margaritaville because the game we wanted to see was only available via Direct TV's NFL Sunday ticket.

The Last Mango Bar at the Yellowbird. I've been watching there for years.

Here is another vote for Travellers ! Watched the Super Bowl there last time the Pack was in it and they have a bunch of flat screens through out so prime position is niot hard to come by. Also set up a pretty good Buffet for the Bowl too..!
