I've OVER-done *things*

today,
I've started a likkle fasting thing-y, 'cause I've eaten waaaaaaaaaay to much meat-stuff, patties galore, pastries, cookies, yams, dumplings, and a whole heap of things I shouldn't have ---- BUT I couldn't help myself ----- this Jamaican food is TOO-TOO GOOD..!!.
