Join Jessica for Jamaican style Yoga..every Tuesday through Saturday during the season. By land we practice on the lovely lawns,the beach or studio of the Negril Treehouse. By sea,we anchor the boards so you don't float away! Most people have never been on a S.U.P. (Stand up Paddleboard),and many have never practiced Yoga,so we perform a VERY simple practice giving you an experience you'll never forget!!!We provide the yoga mats and our teacher is CYT(Certifed Yoga Teacher) with a caring touch.
By land classes are $15, on water $20,and out to sea Yoga $30 .We are located at Negril Treehouse,Norman Manley Blvd. Class times are 9am Tuesday through Saturday (additional times available upon request). Come take a deep breath with us soon. Namaste[/ATTACH]
