Lol, you have to ask since many many places are not going to let people know they offer it. A local can walk in and be happy with a flask and a bottle of mixer....a tourist would be fine and happy walking in and buying 3-4 mixers drinks of the same mix at a few times the price. Helps a bit if you bring your own flask (small bottle of JB/Appleton).
