I went to high school, and was VERY good friends with a 2nd generation Chinese Canadian. Absolutely as awesome a guy as you will ever meet in your entire life. The thought of referencing him as a "chiney mon" makes me "cringe". I know it's a common reference on this board and is not meant as a racist remark but............... Just saying.
