Steel drums at Canoe on Thursdays, band starts around sunset.
Charela - vintage reggae/jazz/blues on Thursday nites; and folk music/dancing on Saturday nites.

Bourbon Beach and Alfred's generally have music as well. The shows vary somewhat though. Keep an eye on the Negril.com homepage they are constantly updating where you can find live music in Negril.
