    coca cola?

This trip we are bringing a newbie with us and he has a thing for coca cola. Pepsi just will not do for him.
I know I have seen pepsi, but do not recall seeing coca cola.
Anyone know if or where he could get his hands on some? Maybe the Hi-Lo?
    Thanks

I'm a Coke girl & was able to get it at the market on the West End. But, it won't taste the same!!! If they are that fussy, they better bring their own! lol

I'm not a coke expert but I'd be VERY surprised if Coca Cola differs anywhere in the world. Now I'm wondering. Anyone know for sure?

Believe it or not, Coca Cola that is bottled in Mexico is made with pure cane sugar, whereas the stuff that is bottled in North America is made with high fructose corn syrup. All the Mexican grocery stores in Philly carry the imported Mexican Coke (made with sugar), because the folks in those communities don't like the taste of the American version.

That said, I don't know what type of Coca Cola you will find in Jamaica. If it tastes different, then it might be the Mexican one (but if its made with real sugar, then I think it would only taste better).

I didn't find really any difference. (Coke NOT Pepsi drinker here too).
I know Shamrock carries Coke. I don't think you will have a problem finding it.

I think Pepsi is bottled in Kingston. That's why there is an abundance of it.

You can find the sugar version of coke in Jamaica, and it is indeed superior to the North American, (Corn Syrup <-- Very bad for you) coke.

Try the Coca-Cola in the glass bottles in Jamaica. Jamaican variety much better tasting than the corn syrup version. To me the Coca-Cola in glass bottles in Jamaica tastes exactly the way I remember it tasting when I was a kid. And Me no likie pepsi in Jamaica or anywhere else.
