The best place to go for happy hour & what time does it start
There is a great list of Happy Hours floating around on the board somewhere!
My two favorite are Canoe - every day of the week I think from 2-6 and Cocolapalm from 5-7 every day but Monday.
Other than that I make every hour happy with cold Red Stripes from my fridge

The Canoe happy hour is the best!!! Hands down, and now with the fabulous Georgia back in the fold its going to be better than ever...27 days and we'll be there.
