Based on my experience it is pretty tough fishing from the cliffs. I have brought fishing equipment several time without much luck. I have even tried the morass park were they have, Belive it or not Tarpon and lots of tilapia. You might have better luck spear fishing or going with a "fish Killer", like Vincent. I will be there during part your stay if you want to try the reef let me know. Good Luck
