Point is, do not be ignorant,,,more people get killed on Norman Manley Blvd than on the ocean....
tragic as it may be,,,, and I sympathize .....
But, are you gonna ban cars, trucks and motorcycles, next??? Are they not polluting the environment?
Are there tragic deaths associated with this? yes,,, all the time.....
