    Inexpensive beach house on strip???

Hey Everybody! Wondering if anybody can recommend a fairly inexpensive house on the 7 mile beach that has 2 or 3 bedrooms with a kitchen and AC? I've been doing google searches and only can find really expensive places. My friends and I are looking to travel in November...I usually stay at and ADORE Country-Country but this time I'm traveling with my buddies.... Thank you much!

This is not right on the beach, but Greenleaf cabins has 2 houses that have full kitchens and balconies. The Devon house is where I stayed and it has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and small dining area with 2 sofas and a tv.Greenleaf is right behind Best in the West. They also have a larger house in the back which faces the Morass.I think I paid 50 a night last March.

    Valentina....
if you're looking for something cheaper, you'll probably have to look across the street from the beach or stay in the cliffs area.
Many hotel beach properties don't have a problem with non-guests visiting as long as you're buying drinks etc or you can hang out at beach bars such as Sun Beach, Boardwalk, Margaritaville & so on.

The beach is public. Even on the beaches of the all inclusives...one can walk down the beach, and take a quick dip in the sea if you want...just can't go onto the property of the AI's. As far as the rest, most places are quite happy to have you hang out for a while, drink at their bar, eat, etc. Some may have restrictions regarding the use of their lounge chairs, but other than that...the more the merrier. Enjoy your trip....even if you have to save some bucks and stay across the street on the morass side...it will still be awesome. Just be careful crossing..many have crossing guards..of sort, but irregardless, you will have a ball!! Take time to go up on the cliffs. Some great eating and great vibes to be had!!

I love that area of the beach, so it was a quick walk across the street to Firefly and Sunbeach.I use their beach and chairs, plus the drinks are really reasonable there.I ate at Best in the West everyday. My neighbor hired the housekeeper to personally chef for her. You should have seen the delicious food she prepared.Authentic Jamaican.About 100 bucks a week for her service food not included. She will shop and cook whatever you want.Mikeys grocery,Best in the west and Greenleaf are owned by the same family.Very secure there.Only one way in.Mikey lives in the front and his brother lives in the back on the Morass side.

Seawind has a beachhouse that has ac and a kitchen. There are two one is smaller then the other. Last time I stayed there it housed 5 girls in the large one nad a family of 4 in the small one. It is truly right on the beach!
    Happy holiday family time!
