Seawind has a beachhouse that has ac and a kitchen. There are two one is smaller then the other. Last time I stayed there it housed 5 girls in the large one nad a family of 4 in the small one. It is truly right on the beach!

20 steps from the carribbean....
Ansell's Thatchwalk cottages is on the beach and closer to Negril downtown. They have a house and cottages for rent. Most of the cottages are set up two together and they have an adjoining door.
The cottages are 90 steps from your porch to the sea. The sunset is a beautiful site to experience from your front porch. I have found it to be the least expensive cottage with kitchen included on the actual 7 mile beach. If you like to cook for yourselves then you can walk to the grocery store and to the Negril river to buy the fresh catch of the day from the fishermen at about 2 or 3 pm.
