The much anticipated and needed rain arrived this morning, soaking the west end with heavy showers and brisk winds . Everything greening up nicely. Grounds staff at Seastar mopping and sweeping after the soaking.
Property looks extra beautiful and sparkling clean.

Glad to see the rain. Last jan/feb was really dry. Many days without water for lots of people. Especially in the hills and the smaller hotels.
