First morning breakfast Toes in the sand

The first vacation my wife (than girlfriend) 13 years ago was 3 weeks in Honduras. Our first morning there we walked down to beach and had breakfast right at the waters edge, toes in the sand. There was a nice small paylapa over our heads. Couldn't have been more picture perfect. Since than I try to find something similar, for our first morning, everywhere we go. any ideas?

You didn't mention where on the beach you're staying but we love having breakfast on the beach at Country Country but I'm not sure if their restaurant is still right in the beach or up by the new pool, will find out soon

Idle Awhile (Chill Awhile) good breakfast, great coffee, nice view. No toes in the sand unless you hang your feet off the deck though.
