have always had reservations for duration past 4 times. this time going solo late april,early may. thinking about a place for a couple of days and then wingin' it trying to find budget room not being tied to one place since i would like to split my 10 days between beach and cliffs. any thoughts or experiences would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

Russ12, don't have much info for the beach area...but the cliffs..A little more familiar with. What are you considering budget room price? Might be able to give some info but there are some pretty cool places on the cliffs to check out. Catcha Falling Star Gardens is a great place with a pool and a great location...right across from LTU...which is not only a great place to eat and drink (not so much budget) but a phenomenal view. You can cop a really nice room for a great price and great staff.

You may well be looking for more budget than this..but, trust me...worth a look. Send me a pm if you like. Good luck and enjoy to the max!!!
