There's nothing like fresh, free-range eggs... yum. But unless you know your source, you cannot assume that the eggs you're buying are free-range. Jamaica has a billion dollar egg industry, and most of the eggs purchased in the supermarkets are from large farms (some w/ as many of 60,000 caged hens), and they're fed a standard commercially-produced pellet feed. It is not much different than here in the U.S.
